Other entrees are the “Kingston Escovitch Red Snapper” and the “Montego Bay Curry Chicken.” There’s also their 2004 award winning “Jamaica’s Famous Curry Goat.” With their special combination of Jamaican curry, ginger and pepper, the curry goat is slow cooked to perfection.
