In all seriousness, Dr. M. Hanif Butt is a highly qualified orthodontist whose resume, educational record and credentials are impressive. After graduating from the University of Nairobi in Kenya with a Bachelor of Dental Science, he spent four years receiving hands-on training in Public Health Dentistry, receiving his Master’s Degree in Public Health from the Harvard School in 1985. The following year, Dr. Butt was a Research Fellow at Indiana University, then spent two years as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. In 1991, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree magna cum laude from Tufts University, and opened his first practice in Marshfield, Massachusetts later that following year.
Since then, Dr. Butt’s practice has tripled, with additional offices in Somerville and Yarmouth.
